Bursary Student
The interview process was well organized and structured. They didn't try to make it conversational, it was just straight question and answer. They asked about my family history, my parents' jobs, and my siblings' jobs. They also asked why I picked the school I attended and the course I chose.

Junior Programmer
After being shortlisted by the recruitment agency, I was invited for a panel interview. It involved three team members, including the manager. They asked general personality questions. It was relaxed and professional. The manager focused more on my personality than technical skills. Another team member explained the job, and the others assessed my understanding of the concepts discussed. The junior member asked programming-specific questions. The manager then discussed the company. The interview lasted around 45 minutes.
