First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WBB Consulting.
Operations Research Systems Analyst
I had a really thorough 30-minute call with the recruiting manager before the onsite, where they were super open and answered all my questions. Then, there was a 2.5-hour onsite interview. It included a 30-minute session with 3-4 people from the team I'd join, plus the onsite manager, and then a 45-minute meeting with the VP.

Program Manager
I had an interview with 5 people from the office, then I interviewed with the VP. The office interview was pretty casual. We each talked about our backgrounds and current work. I did the same. The interview with the VP felt more like the VP was recruiting me, and I was selling myself less.
- What drives you?
Proposal Manager
The interview process for this larger company was quick and well-executed. I had the opportunity to meet and interview the people I'd be working with directly, as the role is mainly within the market team. I met most of the team members, and the atmosphere was very friendly.
- What are your specific experiences with the proposal process?
- Describe how you manage specific situations within the proposal process.
Senior Consultant
I submitted my application and heard back about an interview within two days. It was scheduled, and ultimately turned out to be a quick chat. I'm waiting to hear back in a few weeks and will share an update on my progress with WBB.
