HR reached out via call and text to schedule a time for me to come to their Union Springs location. You park in the employee spots and head to the HR building right by the entrance. First, we had a group presentation, then a tour of the work area. After the tour, we went back to HR for an interview with the supervisor for the role I would be in. They let you know if you got the job after the interview.

The hiring process moved really quickly, I applied and got a call in under a week. I did a phone interview the same day, then took an assessment that evening, and had my first interview the very next day. The first interview had 3 people from the department, one for an hour and the other two for 30 minutes each. It was supposed to be 2 hours but went over to 3. The second interview was with 5 people I'd work with, followed by a lunch interview with the team. It was a long day, about 6 hours total. They asked a lot of the same questions. It might be better to do panel or group interviews to save time and avoid asking the same things over and over.

The interview process was really fast and professional. They checked my health status really thoroughly. My blood pressure was higher than usual when I went in for the exam. I had very little sleep before driving to Mississippi from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I got lost on the way to the right facility, and the nurse was a no nonsense person, so my anxiety and nervousness probably caused the spike in blood pressure. Nevertheless, I had to go back to Louisiana and get checked out by a physician and fax my new blood pressure results to the nurse, all so I could get clearance to continue the interview process.

I applied about a month ago and was asked to interview. The interview process was very informative and gave a realistic view of the job duties. It involved a plant tour and then a presentation and interview at corporate headquarters. Because there were many applicants, there was a wait of about an hour before my interview. The interview itself was short and direct (5 min) with a casual interviewer. There was only one interview round. About a month later, I was asked to complete a background check, and then received an offer about a month after that. It's important to fill out the forms correctly as many people had to redo them. They do reimburse for mileage, which is nice if you drive a long way.
