I had a panel interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly with management and the person I would be working with. They asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and relocation. It was pretty easy and the people were friendly. I can't complain.

The interview process felt really confusing and misleading. I applied for one job, interviewed, and got a rejection call. Then, two weeks later, they called me back for a second interview for a different job, and I didn't even know what job it was until they offered it to me.
