Client Guide Manager
The interview process consists of three rounds, with each interview lasting about 40 minutes. Roughly half the questions will focus on management, common sense, and conflict resolution. The other half will be more about your personal drive and motivations. They want to know your 'WHY' and are looking for examples of how you've gone the extra mile to assist someone or how you've handled on-the-spot coaching. They might also ask about the last book you read.
- What is your core motivation, and what gives you the resilience to overcome challenges?
- Describe a situation where you had to provide immediate coaching; detail the unfolding events and the final result.
- Can you provide an example of a time you took initiative to help someone?
Operations Manager
Started with an initial screening where we talked about my salary expectations, and I was assured it was in the pay range for this role. Then, I had three more interviews within that same week. Weirdly enough, after all that, they sent an offer that was $17K lower than what we initially discussed. Felt pretty insulting.
- What motivates you?
- Describe your leadership approach.
Client Experience Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had two interviews. They asked easy questions. It took about two weeks to get hired. I did ask to push my start date out by a month. The people who interviewed me were the sales manager and the regional sales manager.
- Why did you decide to join WayForth?
Digital Marketing Manager
I had a zoom call with the Marketing Lead and a Human Resources team member. I took a personality test and was offered a follow-up interview, onsite with the same people. Both interviews felt like easy conversations, which was hard to gauge how it was going.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
