First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WayFinder Logistics.
Accounting Intern
The interview process was really smooth, with two rounds conducted online. I got an offer right after the second interview. It wasn't too technical, and both the manager and VP of operations were super nice and helpful. It was one of the easier interviews I've done.
- What about this position sparked your interest the most?
Operations Assistant
The hiring process was very straightforward and conducted via Zoom. There were two interviewers, which might sound intimidating, but they were actually very relaxed and friendly. I was initially contacted on LinkedIn, submitted my resume, and then we scheduled the interview.
- Can you walk me through your resume and highlight relevant experiences?
- What are your expected work hours?
- What is your understanding of the benefits offered?
Account Executive
First, I had a 30-45 minute phone screen with HR. They asked about my interests, education, and experience, and gave me a lot of info about the company. After that, I had a second interview over Zoom with the same HR person and the operations manager. They both asked questions to get to know me and my interests, and really sold me on what it's like to work at WayFinder. I've never been so informed during an interview process.
- Can you share one of your strongest skills or attributes?
- What are some of your general interests?
- Tell me about your educational background.
Accounting Assistant
The interview process was very straightforward and easy. They reached out to me via phone call and invited me to come into the office and check things out. Upon my arrival, we discussed who they were, what they were about, who I was, and what I was looking for. The process was very informal and easy going.
- What are you looking for in a job?
- Can you tell me about yourself and some of your experience?
