It was a pretty fast and easy process. Started with a recruiter call and then a hiring manager call in the same week. The last part was an onsite interview which included a panel and a presentation. They kept me updated.

I traveled from Philadelphia to Boston and paid for it myself to interview with WAVE. I met with 12 different people across two locations (Cambridge, Lexington), with about one or two people in each 30-minute interview. The interviews started at 9 am and wrapped up around 4 pm. Lunch was provided, which is standard since the company provides food daily for employees. I felt all my interviews went really well, and I enjoyed meeting everyone. However, after I returned to Pennsylvania and sent thank you emails, I got no response. About two weeks later, I tried to contact HR for a status update, and they said they'd look into it and get back to me, but I never heard from them again. I know 'ghosting' is common in pharma, and I was really disappointed WAVE did this.
