Sales
An HR rep will contact you if they're interested after you apply. They do the first screening and ask about your past jobs and stuff. Then, they set up a meeting with the hiring manager. If you do well there, you'll have a third interview with a more senior manager. The whole thing was put together well and felt professional.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
Field Deployment Technician
I put in an application online and a recruiter from Washington reached out. The interview was local, in Concord. It seemed to go okay, but what the locals said about the job was different from the description. The interview was pretty laid back, and the questions were direct. We talked about the duties and they explained more about them. I got a clear understanding of what would be expected and how I could grow within the company. I understood the full scope of the position after talking with them. They would decide if I got the job and how much I'd be paid either during the interview or soon after.
- Do you mind working outdoors?
Customer Service Representative
They asked good questions and I answered them because the job fit my skills. I got offered a job and had to do a drug test and background check, which I passed. The interviewer said I'd get a call about salary and would start a new training class February 1st. But I never got a call back. I waited about 2 weeks, emailed HR a lot, and they kept saying 'our team will contact you very soon'. If they changed their mind, they should have at least told me. It's good I didn't start if this is how they do business.
- What makes you believe you are a suitable candidate for our company?
Tech Support Representative
I sent in my resume via email. I had an interview, but they weren't hiring then. A couple of weeks later, around 2, they got in touch by phone and email. I was offered the job and had to come in to discuss the job duties and get a drug test. Then I started about a month after that.
- How would you handle someone saying wild things about conspiracies targeting Fox News?
- Tell me about resolving a conflict with a past colleague.
- What's your approach to handling really angry customers?
