Adjunct Instructor
It was a really good interview, the discussion was casual and comfortable. They clearly explained the job and we talked a lot about the job requirements and other possible opportunities. The interviewer let me know the next steps and some details about the technology and processes used by everyone.

Barista/Food Prep
It was super fast, like 5 minutes. They asked about my coffee and customer service background. Once I confirmed I had experience, they introduced me to a coworker. They seemed to think we'd work well together, and then they offered me the job on the spot. It was the easiest interview ever.

The first interview involves a teaching demonstration for a larger audience, along with some typical teaching-related questions. If you advance, the second interview includes a more in-depth teaching demonstration. The third interview is a meeting with the deans. If you reach this point, you're likely among the final two or three candidates.
