I had a rough time interviewing with Watts Water Technologies. The beginning with Scott Watson seemed promising, and I thought things were moving along. But after the interviews, there was nothing. I tried to follow up a few times, but got no response. Scott seems to be a pro at ghosting, because communication just died out completely.

Very detailed 45-minute discussion with the HR manager and the department head. Unfortunately, I found the selection process to be unprofessional. After waiting about 2 weeks for a response through the agency, the feedback was: you did well, they like you but need time. In the meantime, they reposted the job opening twice directly and I was contacted by two other agencies for the same role... if this is serious work....

I had an initial chat with the hiring manager about the job's details, then a second meeting with someone more senior to talk about behavioral stuff and if I'd fit the company culture. They were super open and easy to talk to about the role and what it involves.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved one initial call with HR, followed by a second interview with two general counsels (the outgoing and incoming ones). Unfortunately, I wasn't contacted again after that, with the reason given being that they decided to proceed with a colleague from France. It's quite baffling why an interview was even initiated with an Italian manager if that was the case. It really feels like a waste of people's time when interviews are conducted this way.

What is the most difficult thing about getting a pay raise? I'd say if you want to work for the Saint Pauls NC company, try and get the salary you want up front because raises don't come easy, maybe 10 to 30 cents a year if it even gets approved.
