Sales Assistant
I applied for a Sales Assistant role at Watsons and heard back quickly. The interview was pretty standard; they asked about my past work, my motivation for the role, and how I'd deal with customers. I think it went okay, but I didn't get the job and wasn't told why. The waiting period after was a bit long. It was a fine experience overall, though.
- Could you introduce yourself for about 5 minutes?
Sales Assistant
Good job for everyone very accommodating and helpful staff officers to be there for you to be there and to have your time to do things for them to do things to make you feel good and make them happy

Sales Representative
HR was very nice during the interview invitation, but afterward, when following up on the result, they went silent and unresponsive. I understand that HR has a heavy workload, but they shouldn’t waste candidates' time. A simple sentence like, "Unfortunately, you're not selected this round," is both polite and sufficient. I don’t understand how Watsons hires such HR personnel.
- What is your 3-year plan?
