First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Watson Realty Corp.
Real Estate Salesperson
The interview was super laid-back. It was just a one-on-one chat with the broker at their office. She was really friendly and welcoming. I got to learn about what makes Watson special and a good rundown of the company culture.
- How would your past experience contribute to your success in this position?
Realtor
It's about an hour. You have to ask the right questions to get the answers you need, so research beforehand. The broker will ask some questions, but you'll be doing most of the asking. You're actually interviewing them.
- Why did you decide to become a realtor?
Real Estate Associate
The broker was super nice and gave me tons of info about company ethics and commission expectations. I was really impressed by how much the broker knew. Like other places, there are training fees and commission deductions, but she said Watson helps with monthly fees and has its own secure fund to protect agents.
- What are you looking for in a real estate company?
- What led you to want a career in real estate?
- Have you spoken with other companies about opportunities?
Sales Associate
To get this sales agent job, you need a Florida Real Estate License. After submitting my resume, I had interviews with brokers at two different office locations. They also had me complete a personality test. The interviews focused on my goals and the office culture. It felt like an easy interview process. Since the sales agent role is 100% commission, they are open to hiring new agents.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career as a Realtor?
