First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Watson Furniture Group.
Account Manager
I applied online and then got a call for a phone screen. After that call, they offered me an in-person interview. Before the interview, I had to take 2 tests, a personality test and the Wonderlic test with 50 questions. Then, 2 managers interviewed me for about 45 minutes. One manager did most of the talking and asked few questions, probably because they didn't want to waste time if I didn't score well on the Wonderlic.
- Can you tell me why you applied for this job?
Project Coordinator
I met with the HR rep and two department heads. After that, I took a Wonderlic and a Hire Success test. It was all very professionally done, and the people were very nice. Then I had a walking tour of the work areas and was offered espresso and water a few times. The facility is great, and I really enjoyed the whole experience.
- Can you describe your ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle distractions?
Space Planner
First, there's a test that doesn't really matter for the job. After you pass that, you have the real interview where we mostly discussed what the job involves.
