Had a good initial phone screen, felt like a meaningful chat with the recruiter. Then had a virtual interview that started off okay. But during my portfolio review, one interviewer was scrolling on her phone and didn't even look up. It was discouraging and felt like a waste of my time. I figured I wouldn't get the job, and after following up, they ghosted me. Disappointing because they seemed like a respected firm, but this experience made me lose respect for them.
