I sent in my application online and heard back from them about 1-2 weeks later with a call. Then, I had an interview that was a Skype call, and it was at their office. It was for a part-time position, and honestly, I was really disgusted by the whole process. They told me that for the job, my hours would have to be full days on both Saturdays and Sundays. Plus, she sort of mentioned a 6-month probationary period where I wouldn't get any days off for 180 days. It was frustrating, to say the least.

You apply online by listing your experience, availability, and why you want the job. If they're interested, they'll call you for an interview. The interview process was a bit extensive. There's a sit-down part with questions. After that, you're shown what the job involves. The final part is to see how well you interact with kids. If they think you'd be a good fit, they'll call you about training, which is a 10-day process. If they want you on the team, you'll get an offer.

The interview process was pretty easy. If you know how to swim and love working with kids, they would hire you on the spot. I got a call from them in 2019 to interview and told me to bring my swimming attire. I was interviewed then I got hired the same day.
