The interview process involved phone calls and a 2.5-hour onsite meeting with people from different departments, including sales. After the onsite, I had a final phone interview with the CEO. Communication was good up until that point, but it was really unprofessional that after all that, they didn't even send an email to say I wasn't selected. They clearly don't value people's time.
