I applied on the company website and also got a referral. The recruiter emailed me for a 10-minute initial phone chat. We covered my work history and pay ideas. I mentioned the hour drive, and she said it was fine. She then set up an in-person meeting for the next week with two regional managers. That interview was longer, focused on leadership, and we talked about the drive again. I met the rest of the staff afterward. On Monday, the recruiter emailed to schedule a final interview with the director of operations. I gave my availability, and after a few days, the recruiter let me know the director was traveling and she was waiting for her schedule. On Monday, I got the standard rejection email saying the position was filled.

The interview process was long and drawn out. My first interview went really well, but I had to chase them for updates multiple times before I heard back. By the time I got to the second round interviewer, which was weeks later, I felt like they were biased against me, even though I had met all the requirements and had the right experience according to the first interviewer. I wouldn't recommend this process.

The interview process was very smooth. It was virtual because of COVID, but the manager made it feel like an in-person interview. I was given all the details about the position and got to ask all my questions. Overall, it was a great interview.

I talked to the supervisor of the call center, Jennifer. She seemed really nice at first, but I learned her true nature later on.
