I had two in person interviews at the main store on Melrose. The environment was nice and the conversations were fashion-driven and intentional; they’re essentially trying to get a read if you’re going to fit well with the personalities of the other coworkers and the overall vibe of the store

The interview process was calm and collected, feeling like a real person talking to another. For my interview, there were two people: the store manager and the CEO. They asked questions about fashion knowledge and customer service.

Applied online and was contacted by the General Manager via email. We scheduled an in-person interview at the Studio City location, where I was interviewed by two location managers. I then moved on to a second interview, which the GM also set up via email. This time, it was with himself and the Ops. Manager. After the second interview, I was told I would hear back about a decision. Three weeks later, with no word, I emailed the GM about my status. He responded that the position was filled. The entire experience felt unprofessional and like a waste of time. The worst part was being asked an illegal question.

I went through two rounds of interviews for this position. The first one was with the people who work at the store directly, and the second one was with the team from corporate. Both of these were in-person interviews. I got a phone call a week after the second interview to let me know I got the job.
