Intern
The interview process involved a lot of questions and a good follow-up experience. They seemed passionate about what they were looking for in candidates. I think basic interview prep is all that's necessary. They are good and honest people.

Construction Intern
My interviews didn't kick off until after the application deadline had passed. Because I wasn't located in the area, my interview was held virtually. There were six questions, and they leaned more towards interpersonal skills instead of technical knowledge. It was a really nice interview with the panel.
