So, I had this interview with four people from the agency, a regional director and three audit managers. They all introduced themselves, and then we jumped into questions. They started with basics like 'tell me about yourself' and asked me to explain what the agency does. Then they went into how my past experience, both from school and work, would fit the job, along with some other behavioral questions. The whole chat lasted about 40 minutes, and it felt pretty professional, though they were friendly. After that, they handed me a writing test that took about 30 minutes and had just two questions.

The interview uses behavioral questions, so the STAR method is your best bet for answering. Make sure to be punctual and do your homework on the organization's work before the interview; they will definitely ask about your research. They have a website, so don't claim you couldn't find any info. Dress professionally, avoiding trendy attire or low-cut blouses for women. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer and directly answer the question asked. Avoid trying to deceive the interviewers; remember, they are auditors and fraud investigators, skilled at interviewing and detecting manipulation.

I applied online and got a call in less than two weeks to schedule an interview. Then, I interviewed at the main office with three managers for the Audit team. They asked mostly about my knowledge of the office's work and my experience. I didn't have to do a test, but some other interns did. I saw the test; it seemed like basic auditing questions and wasn't too hard.
