The interview process felt pretty relaxed but still professional. The President of the company was in touch consistently. The first interview was about my past experience and getting to know the company. The second interview had more questions about strategy and different scenarios. Both interviews were about an hour long. Everyone was super friendly and I got a good feel for the company culture. The questions were tough and made me think, but they were fair.

I spoke with HQ staff and their Project Director. I got offered the role, but it was pending approval in October 2019. I've never had a firm lie or drag me along like this. I really recommend looking somewhere else if you want more professional courtesy during the recruitment process.

The interview process was pretty quick and to the point. I had about 2-3 one-on-one chats with some of the senior leaders, and then one interview where it was me talking to two people. They were pretty responsive and the questions they asked were fair.
