Applied through HR and it went to the Selection Committee, which is how all interviews are done, making it slow. After 2 weeks, I was called because my application met the criteria and they wanted to move forward with references. 2 weeks after that, I was brought in for an interview. I had one-on-one meetings with the committee, the director, and the VP. There was also an office Q&A session. I got a tour and a talk with HR. 2 weeks later, I got a hard offer and we discussed start dates. The whole process took about a month and a half.

The application process for this role was quite straightforward. They asked for a few references, which didn't necessarily have to be from previous jobs; professors and character references were acceptable. A key requirement was being currently enrolled in classes. I received a call for an interview within a week of submitting my application. The interview itself was very laid-back. The interviewer inquired about my academic plans and the courses I intended to take. They also posed some general questions about how I'd manage challenging customer interactions, among other things. I have to admit, I didn't nail one of the questions because I hadn't prepared for it at all, but I still got the job in the end.

The process was very relaxed and friendly. They made an effort to really understand who you are as a person and how you might be a good fit for them, and also how they can help you use your strengths. They understand that resumes are just a formality and that the best way to find the right person isn't just by looking at words on paper, but through genuine conversations.

Super easy! Just some typical questions to see how you handle different scenarios! They'll put you in hypothetical situations to see how you'd respond! You need to know your stuff! They'll also ask about your teaching abilities!
