First there was a video interview, and if that went well, we moved on to an in-person interview. It felt a bit more formal than they let on, but I guess that's typical for interviews.

The whole interview process flew by in just over a week. I applied at the start of the week, then a few days later, I had to do a personality quiz. On Thursday, they called me and set up an interview for the following Wednesday. The interview itself involved them asking me about myself and how I thought I could fit in, even without any prior IT experience. They also asked a bunch of regular questions after that. The very next day, I got a call to schedule a second interview, which happened over Skype that Friday.
