First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Warwick Hotels and Resorts.
Financial Controller
The interview was professional and on time. The questions asked were relevant to the job and my resume, showing they were prepared.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you had to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously?
- Could you share an experience where you had to discipline an employee for misconduct?
Corporate Office
After a long wait from when I applied until I heard back, the actual interview process was okay, but just be aware that even after a lengthy process with multiple interviews, they don't have the professionalism to let you know you weren't chosen. It's hard to believe a simple courtesy email can't be sent.
- Tell me about your best professional experience.
- Tell me about your worst professional experience.
- What are your career aspirations for the next 5-10 years?
Receptionist
The Manager called me for an interview. They asked me several questions about my professional background and also about my personality. They also asked me about my place of residence because the job has irregular and staggered hours, so it's important to live near Geneva.
- Can you tell me about why you left your previous job?
- What are your motivations for applying?
- What are your salary expectations?
Front Desk Agent
It took some time to secure an interview, but once it began, everything proceeded smoothly. There was a background check, a skills assessment, and a reference check. I met with several people. It also took a while to get the job offer. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
