First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Warren Barr.
Nurse
I talked to HR and the Director of Nursing. We talked about what they expect from the job, the pay, the hours, and how we'd work together as a team. HR went first and kept it pretty general. Then the Director of Nursing showed me around the place.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Certified Nursing Assistant
When I arrived, I had to fill out a paper application. After a short wait, I met with the interviewer. They asked me some questions about my previous jobs and then told me about the pay, uniform, work hours, and what they expect from the role. The interview itself was straightforward and informative. What I really appreciated was that they respected my time, unlike other places where you end up waiting for over an hour.
- Can you share an instance where a request from a nurse or LPN put you in an uncomfortable position?
Registered Nurse
I walked in and talked to Don and Adon about my experience. They didn't ask a ton of questions because they were really short-staffed. They told me my starting salary and I just agreed to it, not really knowing any better.
- Can you walk me through some sample scenarios and your past experience?
