First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Warner Pacific.
Project Manager
So I interviewed for a PM role, and it took a few weeks. It started with a recruiter call. Then, about a week later, the first real interview happened, which was over an hour with two operations folks. A week after that, I had another interview with two more people, one in Detroit and another long-time ops person from California. Then, a week later still, I got an email saying they went with someone else, no feedback. It felt like a waste of my time since they had me do so many interviews just to send that email with no explanation. They must be overstaffed if they have that many people available to interview candidates for so long.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with management?
Multi-Market Analyst
It was a quick and easy process. A director called me to set up the meeting. We met on Zoom, and I got the offer a couple weeks later. They asked a lot about my past work and what I could contribute.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you share an instance where you improved an existing system?
Assistant
they had this group interview with 5 people interviewing at the same time, which was a new experience for me. They asked about how to deal with tough customer service situations. The people were nice, but I don't see a career path here.
- How to deal with the tough situation about customer service.
Sales Executive
This is a great place to work if you've got a strong network of brokers and a proven sales history. They're looking for experienced carrier representatives who already have solid relationships with lots of agents, brokers, and other licensed insurance pros who can help sell employee benefits.
- How do you plan to boost sales even when the market is challenging?
