I was called in for a panel interview with the boss and two other team members. The boss was pleasant, but the other two had zero personality. It didn't feel rushed though, it was a total canned interview. They allowed me to ask questions and BS a little so they could at least see my personality.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved three phone calls – an initial screening call and two technical interviews. Then there was one in-person interview. The department was a bit slow, so the entire process from when I first got in touch to getting the offer took about three months.

I got an interview about a month after applying. It was with the whole HR team, six people. It felt pretty disorganized, like no one had a set list of questions. The whole thing went on for 2.5 hours because of the chaos. They did show me around the production facility though. They mentioned they'd call to set up a second interview, like a shadowing one, saying things went so great. It's been over two weeks with no word back, so I guess they either lied or it didn't go as great as they said. I doubt I'll get an offer, and I'm bummed they couldn't even send a rejection.

Had a phone screen first, then they brought me in for an in-person meeting. It was basically an interview with the whole team together. They had a system where each person asked specific questions and wrote down my answers on a shared document. The setup felt a bit awkward with the seating and how long it went. After that, we toured the place, and they mentioned they wanted to hire someone by the end of the month, so the timeline was pretty tight. I didn't hear back, and I even tried calling and emailing them to follow up.
