Radio
I had a great phone interview with the managing producer for the show. They were interested in my background and fully explained the nature of the internship, mentioning that the quality of the internship experience would be excellent because they needed a lot of quality help. Overall, a good experience.

Technology Executive
As always, I was a bit nervous before the interview. I was greeted right away and taken to the room where the committee was waiting. The main person in charge started by saying, 'Let's start with some soft questions.' Then, I was asked about my qualifications for the role, which was fine. However, there was one person who was consistently negative. They asked, 'Tell me about your worst management issue' and 'What is your deficit and why?' You always prepare for these, but it felt like they were going off-script, even though others admitted they were reading from one. Someone even pointed out, 'Oh yeah, you already asked that question.' I did enjoy the process overall, but I wish it had been faster because it was very slow.
- Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this role?
- Can you share details about a major project and the team you managed?
- What are your shortcomings and the reasons for them?
Executive Assistant
It was a three-part process: first a phone interview, then a group/panel interview, and finally a 1:1 with the person I'd be working for. The phone interview was a week before the panel interview. The 1:1 was tougher than the panel interview.
- Can you tell me about the organization's culture?
