This was for a document processing admin role. The interview had three parts: a call with HR for screening, a Teams interview, and finally an in-person interview. The process included questions about analytical and software skills, a personality test, and an Excel test. The interviewer was professional and friendly. The questions were hard and included a case study. It seems like there will be technical training provided. I didn't get the job because I had another offer with AWS benefits, and their benefits didn't include AWS, although their leave benefits were good. They reached out after several weeks.

Applied online, and the whole process took less than a week. I got a call from HR for an interview. When I went to the office, they had me fill out a form and complete a personality test. For the test, you just need to pick the 13 options that best describe you – just be honest. The interview was with the hiring manager. It was pretty straightforward; they asked me to introduce myself to see if I was a good fit for the role and explained the company's business and the job duties. It felt like a friendly chat. Overall, it was alright. They touched on the company's compensation package, since HR wasn't there. Apparently, there's no Annual Wage Supplement, but there are Variable Bonuses that depend on company and individual performance. The leave benefits seem decent, but the pay isn't very high. The environment seemed relaxed, though it's hard to tell from a meeting room. They mentioned a background check and that an offer would follow.

The HR interview was very thorough and in-depth, making me feel considered and heard. The second and third interviews were similarly considerate, thorough, and in-depth. The final interview kept getting rescheduled due to the Executive's schedule, which was frustrating and inconvenient. When the final interview finally happened, the executive seemed unprepared and irritated to be there, asking disorganized, vague questions. I felt disrespected after putting in so much time, energy, and professionalism. I never received a rejection notice, even after sending individual thank-you letters via mail to everyone who interviewed me.
