Applied on LinkedIn on a Thursday, got an email to schedule an interview the same day. Had a Zoom interview the following Tuesday with two staff members. Received the offer letter that Friday. The interview itself was really nice and low-pressure, making me feel at home and at ease.

I applied and was contacted pretty quickly. The whole thing took a while. I had two in-person meetings at their office, and then one on Zoom with different people each time. By the second meeting, it felt like they'd already decided. They didn't get back to me after the last Zoom chat.

This was an interview for a summer position while I was in law school. Even though it was with the managing partner, the process was less formal and more conversational, with questions about my relevant skills and experience.
