The interview process involved a phone screen where they asked theoretical questions. They didn't ask about my specific work, which made it seem like they were using interviews to figure out their job descriptions rather than filling actual roles. I was supposed to hear back by the end of the week, but that never happened. It felt like they use interviews for EEOC compliance and only hire people they know. There might not even be real openings. They also can't stick to their word about follow-ups. If they can't manage a calendar, I question their building design skills.

They visited my college campus in the fall for an info session and initial interviews. I interviewed then, though I hadn't applied online yet. I submitted my application around Christmas break for openings in May. A few weeks later, they contacted me and flew me out to an office for a full day of interviews. This involved several 30-minute one-on-one sessions with various people, including HR, principals, mid-level employees, and junior staff. The questions were generally different from each interviewer, and the atmosphere was friendly. Some focused on behavioral aspects like strengths and weaknesses, while others delved into my resume without any technical problems or hand calculations. Some of the junior staff also took me to lunch. It was a long day, but speaking with a diverse range of people at different career stages was a valuable experience. I received an offer about a week after.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

After applying, I was contacted to schedule a visit and interview. The interview lasted the entire day. I met all the office staff and had one-on-one meetings with each of them. It was mainly about both sides assessing if we were a good fit. It wasn't too stressful. I heard back about 1-2 weeks after the interview. The process included a recruiter call, an all-day onsite interview with multiple team members, and likely a background check before an offer.
