The culture here is extremely corporate, with very little compassion or understanding from senior management. This might be good for stockholders but not for permanent employees. The work environment is very disorganized and lacks process, which is actually good for contractors getting paid hourly. Permanent employees face no accountability for mistakes, while contracts are transient. It's a typical overgrown corporate experience.

My interview went very poorly, the questions asked were very specific and odd for a college student with limited experience. I was surprised by the lack of personal questions or attempts to get to know me, and instead it was strictly questions about real-world ability like "installation experience", which I didn't think would be required for an intern right out of college. It was very obscure and very short.
