The interview process had about 5 to 6 rounds, and it was pretty much all behavioral questions. They really focus on your character and whether you're someone they'd vibe with. Some of the questions were a bit creative, like asking about campaign ideas.

It was a good experience overall, though communication from the recruiters could be slow. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, and it was clear that employees at Disney are passionate about their jobs. The interview process had three parts: an initial HR call to check basic fit, followed by a first stage focused on competencies and cultural alignment. The second and last stage was a one-hour, in-person, task-based interview to assess my skills for the role.
