I started with a HireVue, which had 4 basic questions like 'walk me through your resume' and 'why are you interested in disney.' Then I talked to the manager for the job, and it was a really nice conversation. After that, I never heard back from the recruiter even though I tried to reach out a bunch. I eventually saw an update on my portal weeks later saying I was out of consideration, which I kind of expected since I was ghosted, but I really wish they had been more upfront and respectful about it.

The process was good and fast, I had a first interview by phone that lasted about 10 minutes. The interviewer was really kind and asked only the basic questions. After 2 days, I got another email confirming another interview. I didn't get to choose a schedule for either of these interviews. The second interview also had really nice, simple questions, and the interviewers were very kind and made me feel comfortable.
