The whole process took about 2 months. I applied online through their website. Then there was a challenge that involved a video, a personal presentation, and my resume. It took 11 days to get a response. After that, we had an in-person group activity at the Walt Disney company. It was really cool; we met the leaders and HR people. We were divided into groups of 6 for the activity, which was very different from others I've done and quite fun and new. 11 days later, I got the response to schedule an interview with the manager. It was a very relaxed interview where we talked, and he told me about the role. A week later, I received the positive confirmation that I passed.

The interview process had 4 stages. It started with an online assessment, followed by an online skills assessment done under supervision. Then, I interviewed with the manager. The final stage involved a 10-minute presentation to the entire team. The whole process was smooth, and the team was very friendly and helpful. The last stage was an extra one because there were a few other strong candidates.

The process was extremely long, involving material creation and dynamics with over 500 candidates for just 2 openings. It had many unnecessary stages, intense travel, and vague feedback. I went through at least 3 rounds, reaching the end. They delayed my response, left me waiting over 2 weeks without updates, and gave incorrect information about my progression before retracting it.
