There were 3 rounds for this job since multiple departments had the same open role, so I interviewed without knowing which team I would be placed on. First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter. Second, there was a round with the direct supervisors where we talked about culture fit and they asked about specific Excel formulas I knew. They also talked about the business units. The final round was with senior managers and was more general.

First, I had a talk with the Hiring Manager, it was really friendly and we spent the 45 minutes mostly going through my resume. They followed up on things I brought up in my resume and asked about how I handle cross-team communication or collaboration.

Submitted my application at the end of the first month. Had a recruiter screener call at the end of the second month. During the third month, I went through a first-round interview with the hiring manager, which included a one-hour Excel test. In the fourth month, I had three interviews back-to-back, followed by a final interview all in the same week. On the same day I got the invite for the final interview, the recruiter asked me to complete it that same day. It's now the sixth month, and despite a few follow-up emails, I haven't heard anything back. The people were great, but the process was really disorganized, and it reflects poorly on the company to not give a decision after all that.
