I was emailed by a Disney recruiter after I applied for a prior position, and my resume was kept in their system. So, I bypassed the first screening and had a phone call with the recruiter to go over the job details. Then I talked to the two executives I would have supported. I met with each of them, but the process got drawn out and they had to restructure, so my candidacy ended.

First, an HR person gave me a call and went over my resume. After that, I had a chat with the person who currently has the job, and we had a real conversation about her experience, my background, and the department itself. Finally, I had my last interview with the VP of my team, who is my current boss. The whole thing was done over Zoom, and she asked me some standard questions about how I handle organizing things, paying attention to details, and managing my priorities.
