Project Manager
the interview process was straightforward as an intern interview can be. likely more difficult questions depending on the position interviewed for (i.e. higher position). not difficult by any means
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
Project Engineer
It was a really smooth process, with just two interviews total. First, I talked with HR, and then I had a conversation with the regional manager. They were upfront about what the job entails. Looking back after a year, I'm happy with my choice.
- What makes you want to be a part of Walsh?
Intern
I talked to some Walsh people at the career fair. They looked at resumes for a week or two and then called or emailed students to set up interviews. I had a phone interview and then got an offer soon after. They helped me figure out what projects were open and let me pick what I wanted to work on.
- Can you discuss your school projects and their relevance to this field?
Intern
I applied online and about two weeks later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. After the call, they said I'd hear back in 10-14 days. I emailed the recruiter on day 15 to check in, and they said they were waiting for a decision. I ended up withdrawing my application on day 30.
- Could you tell me about your previous work experiences?
