& Process

The process started with an initial call, followed by a Language Test and an Excel Test. After that, there was an interview with the Manager and finally an interview with the CEO. All steps are eliminatory, including the final interview with the CEO. All positions require a full or partial overlap with the US time-zone.

First, there was a 4-hour assessment that included a DA test, an English test, and an Excel test. After I sent in my results, I heard back within a week that I passed and had an audio Skype call with HR for some standard questions about me and the company. Then, I had a second interview, a Skype video call with another HR person. For this, I had to study some financial info they gave me and answer questions about it. After that, I had to write a report on how long it takes to close on a house in the US, and I had a week to do it. Then, a quick 10-minute video interview with the CEO, where he asked some basic questions and some from the financial material. Finally, I interviewed with the research team manager. The whole process took about 2 to 2.5 months.

It was a pretty long process, but all in all, it was a good experience. The interview had a few steps. First, I had to complete a test to show off my Excel, research, and understanding abilities. Then, for the next interview, I had to study and remember some articles about credit cards. After that, I was given a topic about the house closing process to research. Finally, I had a video interview with the department manager and another video interview with the CEO. Everyone I spoke with was really professional. I genuinely liked the process and was happy when I got the offer at the end. The interviews seemed to focus more on how well I could learn and solve problems.
