They want me to take a test and make recommendations for improvements to their site before even interviewing. The test is already too much, but now you're asking me to contribute ideas to your development for no compensation. I can already see this company is manipulative and provides an unhealthy environment. I chose not to move forward with them.

So the interview was online and had 3 parts. First, an online test that took 3 hours to complete and was pretty tough, testing my skills in Finance Terms, Comprehension, Excel, and Word. Then, there was an HR interview, also online. They asked basic stuff about me and why I wanted to join Wallethub. The HR person was really nice and made me feel relaxed, showing me the company culture is open and friendly. The HR also suggested I might be a good fit for another position and helped me apply for it. Finally, I had an interview with the CEO. I researched him beforehand and knew he was smart, but he was a genius! He's easy to talk to but asks really challenging, straightforward questions. They both took the time to talk with me and share info about the company, making me feel respected. I was sure even before getting the offer that this company values hard work and offers growth opportunities. I took the job and it's been great so far!

So, first there was a written test where I had to do some excel, da, and creativity stuff - 5 excel questions in total. Then a group interview, followed by an individual interview. After that, there was a research test, and finally, I had an interview with the CEO.
