very bad experience. I started to receive an email from HR and answer a written test of excel and suggestions for their website development. Then, there's an group interview including self-introduction and why this role, why this company. In the group interview, there's also a marketing case followed up, the test was not difficult. Then, if you passed the written test, you will need to remember another 10-page materials, and then schedule a time with HR Manager-asking very detailed questions in those materials. I didn't pass on this round-you need to prepare it very well to pass.

WalletHub HR contacted me after seeing my resume in my university's career books, suggesting I could be a good fit for the Business Manager role. They sent an Excel-based test and a "Creativity" test along with the initial email. The creativity test involved creating a profile on their website, offering suggestions to improve their homepage, and registering an account, which requires sharing personal data that their terms of service state they sell to third parties. The Excel tests were straightforward if you have prior software experience. However, the Creativity test felt like a demand for free consultation work. I got a follow-up email after submitting my test results, stating my work was good but could be improved with more detail. No verbal communication (phone or video) had happened yet. I've encountered too many red flags to continue providing free labor without what I consider a proper interview process.

The first part involves doing some tasks on an Excel sheet to check your basic Excel skills, researching specific bank features online, and checking out the WalletHub website to suggest improvements. Then, there's an online video group interview where you'll tackle financial problems, and you're allowed to use paper for calculations. After that, you'll need to research WalletHub and its competitors, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and unique features. Finally, there's about a 30-minute online interview with the CEO.
