So, I applied for this role and WalletHub put me through a bunch of tests and interviews, which was a lot. At first, I figured it was normal, but then it just felt poorly managed and like they didn't care about my time. They even made me retake some tests, calling it a 'second chance,' which just dragged things out. The worst part was the 'interview' with the CEO. The first time it was supposed to happen, it got delayed for hours, and then rescheduled for really late that night. When we finally connected the second time, the CEO was late again and the whole thing lasted maybe 15 minutes. They seemed uninterested and I felt judged and dismissed. To top it off, while I was waiting for the CEO on that first night, they hit me with a bunch of logic tests at 3 a.m.! It was totally unreasonable. After all that chaos and waiting, they rejected me for someone else. It felt like a total waste of my time and effort. The whole thing was disorganized and disrespectful, especially for a company focused on finance. I wouldn't recommend this process unless you have endless patience for delays and last-minute changes.
