It was a pretty good interview process overall. There were four rounds, and most of it was conducted online, so I didn't have to go to the company's physical location. The interviews mainly involved straightforward math problems, tests of business insight and creativity, and one round focused on the specific area I applied for, which in my case was Data Science.
- Could you construct a predictive model using the dataset we've given you?

This was one of the worst interview processes ever. First, there was a skill review exercise, and after submitting it, I had to create an account on their website. They then asked to check my personal credit score. After that, I had an interview on Google Hangout with about 10-11 people. The CEO asked questions about financial understanding and logical reasoning. Then, there was a 1:1 interview where I was asked to create a graph related to the panel interview. The most ridiculous part was the final step: an innovative idea test. They wanted ideas to improve their business and expected me to spend a week to come up with profit-generating points at no cost to them, essentially seeking free labor during the interview process.
- Propose an innovative idea to improve our business, as part of a 1-week challenge.

I applied through my college careers website. First, they sent me an excel file with some exercises like filters, pivot tables, and simple formulas. Second, I had to search online for information about some banks and list their mortgage products. Third, I had to create an account on wallethub.com and suggest improvements for the website. Fourth, I was invited to a video group interview with about 10 people and the CEO, which involved a math exercise. Fifth, I had one week to come up with innovative ideas for the website. After all these tests, HR scheduled a Skype interview with the CEO, which was rescheduled twice due to the CEO being in meetings. On the third attempt, the CEO finally called me after an hour-long wait for a 13-minute interview where he seemed distracted. They never got back to me afterward.
