A friend referred me. The whole process was really chill and easy. They just wanted to know if I knew how to use specific tools and stuff for the jobs. Also asked about my past work experience and if it fits with what they do.

Behavioral Presentation

Started with an initial phone chat with the dean, then a Skype call, and finally onsite interviews with the academic VP and president. The vibe was super warm and friendly, no tension or anything like that. It felt like they were really rooting for me to get the job, which actually says a lot about the general atmosphere on campus and gives you an idea of what it's like to work there.

I applied and sent in my resume. Then I had a 1:1 interview with the ASWWU Media Vice President. After that, there was a panel interview with the ASWWU Media Board. The vibe at work seemed really chill but also positive and busy.

it was short and direct, the usual way to interview students. It's a good chance to learn and work. I'd suggest it, especially if you're a student who needs flexible hours. The academic center is a helpful resource.
