So first there was a phone interview with some technical questions. Then I got an invite for a face-to-face. Before the onsite, I had to do a personality test online. When I got to the onsite, there was an intelligence test first, then a quick tour of the place. After that, a hands-on technical test. Then I met the hiring manager and later some other team members, including the senior ones. The whole thing was about 4 hours. A couple of days later, they told me they were going with other people.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview with the VP of HR to start. Then I went in for a 2.5-hour interview which included a simple intelligence test and interviews with 3 employees. I also got to talk with 2 project managers. Later that same day, I was asked back for a second round of interviews that week, which involved talking with 2 VPs. They repeatedly asked about how I handle stress, if I was still interested, and how I manage my time. After the second interview, the VP of HR said they'd contact me the next week. I received a standard rejection email late that afternoon.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online and got a call back about a week later for a phone interview. After that, I was invited for a 2.5-hour interview at their office. It involved an intelligence test and three interviews. I got to chat with two current Project Managers to ask them questions, but they were kind of dismissive and said there was no real answer and didn't seem to want to help. They also mentioned they were really overworked and stressed. Some other interviewers were nice, but in the end, I never heard back from the company.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone screen with HR first, then a general/behavioral interview with a lead developer, and then a more technical interview. Honestly, it was one of the best interview processes I've been through. I actually let them know I'd accepted another offer just before the technical interview, and not only did they not react negatively, but they also told me to reach out if things didn't work out. That kind of professionalism and understanding really makes Walker stand out compared to other companies I've interviewed with.
