The interview process was misleading. It consisted of three rounds, and I completed two of them. The client team at Walk West was very pleasant. However, the internal sub-company teams were confusing and presented in a misleading manner. It turned out I was interviewing for a different company than the one I had initially applied for.

Behavioral Presentation

I had two interviews. The first was with their HR Generalist, and the second was with the heads of content and marketing. Both went great, very professional and quick. The team seemed really excited, and they asked questions that tied back to the job description's skills and background.

The interview process included five interviews: first, a phone call with HR. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the VP of marketing. This was followed by an in-person presentation for HR, the VP of Marketing, and the CEO. After that, there was an in-person Q&A session where I met with various team members. Finally, I had one last interview.

I first chatted with HR over the phone. Then, I had a one-on-one with the head of marketing. After that, I did a Facetime interview with the Senior Account Executive and Content Strategist.
