The hiring process was pretty smooth and fast. I had four interviews all within a two-week span. It went like this: first, a recruiter chat, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the department head, and finally, an HR interview. The questions were a mix, covering standard introductions and then diving into skills and behavioral scenarios.

The interview process was a long roster of thorough interviews. It started with several phone screens, then HR, then the hiring manager, then two key stakeholders. After that, there was a half-day of in-person interviews. The interviews were conducted over a few weeks, and then an offer was made shortly after the in-person interviews. I provided references, but I don't think there was possibly enough time to check them between when they were sent and when I received the offer. I requested and received a small signing bonus, which I understand is not typical at Walgreens (at least in my function). They flexed on some PTO within the first 90 days but would not budge on salary or title.

There were four interviews total: one with a recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and two with team members. It was a pretty standard process. The questions weren't super tough. They do a drug test after everything is approved.
