The interview process started with an HR phone call, followed by a video interview with the recruiter, and concluded with a panel interview involving four different people. The entire process spanned about a month. It felt quite unprofessional. Initially, HR wouldn't disclose salary details, deferring to the hiring manager. The hiring manager also avoided discussing salary, stating that the full compensation package would only be revealed after the panel interview. They eventually offered a yearly salary of 72,000, which is significantly lower than the industry standard. Additionally, the company offers only 6 public holidays per year. Medical insurance is available only after one month of employment, and the emergency room is accessible only for 'actual emergencies,' though it's unclear who determines what constitutes an actual emergency. Employees are also prohibited from taking any time off during their first three months, which seems like an outdated management approach. Maternity leave is only 2 months, which is remarkably short. It's surprising for a company that should understand the challenges women face post-childbirth.

The recruiter was really disorganized. After the first phone call, she told me to follow up with her the next week. I ended up calling her twice and emailing her once, but she never got back to me. It took three weeks to finally connect with her. She said she was super busy with meetings the whole time and couldn't spare a moment to reply. It's pretty bad when the first point of contact for a job application has such poor follow-up skills.
