Security Guard
I really enjoyed finding out more about the team and the company's direction. The chat was interesting and informative, and it left me feeling good about things. I particularly liked talking about my own skills and what I've done. Thanks for your time and for thinking about me through this whole thing. I'm super excited about the chance to join your company.
- What is your approach to managing an evacuation during a live production event?
Security Officer
When you get here, check in with the front desk. After you check in, you'll get more papers to complete. These include a background check authorization form, two work reference forms, and company info forms. Once those are done, you'll meet with HR. They'll ask you some standard questions.
- Can you share an instance where you had to disregard an instruction from your superior?
- Describe a situation where you successfully resolved a challenging issue.
- How do you deal with challenging colleagues?
Security Officer
The process seemed straightforward initially, but after you're hired, there's a surprise. You'll end up owing hundreds of dollars. They make you pay for the background check upfront, and then they'll deduct it from your paycheck because they have the power to do so.
- If you were aware of a coworker engaging in misconduct, would you report it?
