Customer Assistant
The interview was conducted online and lasted about 40 minutes. The interviewer, a friendly woman, asked me to introduce myself and share my career aspirations. She then emailed me a set of scenarios, giving me 20 minutes to review and prepare responses. Most of these scenarios (4 out of 5) involved assisting customers with product selection and recommendations. After providing feedback on my answers, she inquired about my preferred work locations and my flexibility. The role was subsequently offered to me.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your career goals?
- How would you handle these customer product recommendation scenarios?
Customer Assistant
First, they gave us a tour of the shop. Then, there was a 1-on-1 interview. They actually post the potential questions on their website, so you can prepare for them. They have about 15 possible questions and might ask around 8 of them. They started with some general chat, like 'tell me about yourself' type of questions.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about a time you collaborated with a team to reach a common objective.
Customer Assistant
First, you gotta pass this online quiz with "what would you do?" scenarios. If you ace that, you'll get invited to the interview, which is with about 10 other people. It's a group interview where you'll tackle another "what would you do?" scenario, but this time you gotta talk it out with the group and write down your solution.
- How would you handle a situation where a customer is angry or upset?
